Can I customize a hair bow?
- Yes, I can adjust the size, combine two different colours or attach a different fastening. Please contact maggie@maggiemoo.shop to discuss your specific requirements. I am unable to offer customisation though.
I always comb my hair to one side, can I order two left or two right clips?

Who are KNOTS & picots?
- KNOTS & picots is the name of the handmade business I founded in 2016, long ago before becoming a bow maker. It started as an Etsy shop with crocheted home ware items and I continued to use it as I experimented with selling different hair accessories and baby goods on eBay. In short I kept KNOTS & picots as the company name (and for social media) and created Maggie Moo as a brand that is a better fit for what I do now.
How do I care for my hair bows?

Do you ship internationally?
- At the moment I ship within the UK, to Channel Islands and Isle of Man. If you live abroad and love my sparkly creations, please get in touch, I will be happy to look into taxes, duties and international postage options for your destination.
What are your shipping options?
- As standard I use Royal Mail's 2nd class large letters and small parcels as I find these most planet-friendly due to low CO2 emissions. However, if your order is time sensitive message maggie@maggiemoo.shop for other options.
What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to my return policy for more details. (link to disclaimers and policies)
Can I rush my order?
- If your purchase is time sensitive please message maggie@maggiemoo.shop in advance of placing your order, I will confirm availability, give you expectation of any wait time and adjust shipping method if needed. Typically my bows come with alligator clips - just like the ones you see in the product photos. However, I can easily customise to any other fastening, so just let me know what you're dreaming of!
I’ve got a treasure trove of options, from a variety of elastic bands to alternative clips, barrettes, headbands, and more! For little ones or kiddos with fine hair, I highly recommend soft nylon bands - they’re super stretchy and very comfy! And if you're looking for something cute for your furry friend, I even have tiny latex elastics that are perfect for pets. Oh, and if you’re getting crafty, don’t hesitate to ask for bows without clips! I’m all about making your bow dreams come true!

Some of my hair bows are symmetrical cuties that can be worn on either side of the head. But there are also bows with tails or embellishments that really shine in one direction. If you wear them on the opposite side, they might end up looking upside down! That’s why I always include one left and one right clip in my pigtails sets.

Do you offer wholesale prices?
